Work perfectly
December 13, 2020
Work as intended. Make sure you soak first. I was SKEPTICAL of the roughness (when dry) upon receiving my first one many years ago. For extra measure I soak it in a water bucket with auto shampoo for extra lubricity before using it & continually "re-dunk" it and keep the vehicle section wet.
ProsLarge size so it's easy to hold onto. It does disintegrate with use (over a couple years, depending on how much it's used). Still cheaper than chemicals though.

These things are great, they don't scratch your surface at all and make it so easy to get Florida's love bugs off safely. Yes... Way better and safer than dryer sheets!!
ProsNo scratches

These sponges are awesome. Great for washing vehicle. Removes everything but leaves no scratches. I also use them on my rims with the P21 polishing soap. They last short of forever.

worth every penny!

I bought a bundle last year when Pop told me he'd ordered a new car-his first MB. Tried out the first one on my old, neglected pickup because they felt so rough when dry. But as soon as they're wet they literally transform! Simply amazing! Dad and I both love them and if these ever wear out-we'll be ordering a case!

These pads work great. Follow the instructions for prepping the pad and wash away. There is absolutely no pressure needed when scrubbing.

Scrub Bug Pads are Great!

I find these scrub pads to be very useful when washing my car. These do a nice job of cleaning off most grime without harming the paint.

There's no need for a brick, so we cut them!
June 11, 2014
This bug sponge is really, really big. It's like a "bug brick" more than anything... BUT, with a decent kitchen bread knife (long and serrated) we were able to cut them down to a usable, practical, normal size. Once they are made smaller, they have a great life-span and are decently effective (just make sure to let them SOAK so you don't cause ridiculous scratching in your or your client's vehicle)
ProsLasts through at least 10-15 client vehicles
ConsAwkwardly large and bulky (needs cut down to size)
